Timing operation. (Time In)
To start timing, first apply air to port #3. At the end of the timing
cycle the 5/2 valve will immediately shift.
To reset and start another timing cycle exhaust the air to port #3 and then re-apply.
For longer timing ranges, volume may be added to port #2.
